Felipe Alvarez has worked as a sound engineer with a wide variety of latin arstist, ranging from grassroot field recordings to mainstream pop.

As producer and founder of one of Colombia’s most influential indie label, he has spent the last years developing and working along a diverse and talented group of artists, seeking the creation of new Latin-alternative sound.

He has produced some interesting albums of the new Colombian wave, including Lucas Hill Renacido, Monsieur Perine debut LP Hecho A Mano and Bomba Estéreo albums, Estalla and Elegancia Tropical, with the later one he got nominated for a Latin Grammy on the category Best Alternative Album.

Other artist he has worked as a producer are: Monica Giraldo, Ella Fuksbrauner, Cocofunka, Bareto, Soy Emilia, Pernett & The Caribbean Ravers, El Leopardo and Cabruêra.
